Who we are
A two-owner concrete crew.
Premier Concrete is owner-operated out of Myrtle Beach. Austin and Oscar LeRoy started it to do flatwork the way they’d want it done on their own homes, formed level, poured clean, finished tight, and cleaned up behind.
We keep the crew small on purpose. The owners are on every job, so you’re not handed off to a sub you never met. From the first walkthrough to the last broom pass, it’s the same people.

We mask off, keep the site tidy, and leave your driveway, lawn, and landscaping the way we found them. Clean-up is part of the job, not an afterthought.
We tell you straight
If a repair beats a replacement, we’ll say so. You get an honest read on what your concrete actually needs and what it will cost, before we start.
The owners are on site
Austin and Oscar run the crew themselves. The people who quote your job are the people pouring it, so nothing gets lost in translation.
